From deadlifts to down dogs, here's the lowdown on our classes

Are you looking to start moving your body but don’t know where to begin? Or keen to venture into small group classes but can’t work out what’s right for you? 


Or perhaps you’re a seasoned Yogi but want to get into lifting, or a Pilates pro who wants to dabble in flipping tyres! Or maybe you’re addicted to heart pumping, sweaty classes but know you need some calm in your life! 



Our classes are run by experts in women's health, and those classes have created a timetable to suit everyone. No matter what stage of your fitness journey, or life journey, you're at, we've got something for everyone. To put it simply, exercise should be something you enjoy and that slots into your life.


All of our classes compliment one another, so why not give them all a try! 


STRENGTH BUILDING


Classes to lift your mood, to build strength and stability. 


UpLift - Lift weights and feel good.

Welcome to UpLift where you'll be moving, sweating and lifting things, while also boosting your mood. 


In UpLift we build strength in a small group, personal training style class. The classes start with a mobilising warm up where we then move into a strength based, circuit style program where you can take the exercises into whatever pace or intensity suits you. 


Whether you’re a beginner, or this is an old hat, our qualified personal trainers will make sure that the workout is adapted to your needs. Given pretty much all our instructors are pre and postnatal specialists, exercises can be modified to work with your body if you're pre or postnatal (provided you’ve been cleared by your healthcare professional to exercise). Please note, this class is female only (unless it’s in the Hangar). 


UpLifted - our weekend twist on UpLift

A slightly more sweatier and snappier version of UpLift to keep those weekend vibes pumping! 


A Boost/UpLift hybrid, during the week we work for reps and sets, whereas on the weekend, you can expect to lift weights, move and sweat in mini circuits for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest.


M.F.T - Get your farmer on! 

Modified Farmer Training, or M.F.T,  is an innovative outdoor fitness class (for ladies and gents) that combines the intensity and fun of group exercise with a uniquely rural twist.

 

M.F.T utilises a wide range of modified farming equipment such as yokes, ropes and other bespoke bits of kit to keep the workouts authentic, fun, and in tribute to our farming heritage.


You’ll engage in an energising warm up and then move through 5 stations, each consisting of 2-3 exercises where you’ll workout for 6 minutes, and rest for 1 minute before moving on to the next station.


Like all our classes, M.F.T is suitable for anyone and everyone. All the exercises can be progressed or regressed as necessary, all the coaches will adapt an exercise if need be to meet you where you are at. If you’re postnatal this class is suitable from 6 months postpartum, if you’re pregnant and have been training regularly throughout your pregnancy you’re welcome to join. 


Traction - Sweat and gain strength! 

Enjoy 45-50 minutes of a high energy outdoor bootcamp style class (for both ladies and gents). Move through different workout stations and enjoy the view from our beautiful Hangar! 

Expect to sweat and get stronger, all whilst listening to an upbeat playlist and passionate instructor! 


Boost - Get your heart rate up! 

A conditioning based class, designed to boost your mood with 45 minutes of high-rep weights, bodyweight movements and cardio.  

 

Our Boost classes are female only. As always, our Instructors are able to adapt for prenatal and postnatal, however due to the level of intensity, we don't recommend trying this one if you're less than 16 weeks postnatal to ensure you’ve given your body time to rehab.


PILATES



Classes to find a stretch, build strength, connect with your muscles and release some tension. 


Pilates - Work your body from head to toe

A group mat class that focuses on balance, connecting with your core, breathing, and control. 


All levels are welcome and plenty of modifications and adaptations to leave you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and a little bit taller. 


This class is unsuitable for prenatal and we advise being at least 4 months postnatal. Please bring your own mat.


YOGA

Classes to find a stretch, release some tension, take some deep breaths and find a moment of calm.  


Vinyasa Flow - Move with your breath

Flow with the breath through a dynamic 50 minute Yoga practice. 

 

You'll enjoy a class that starts with a gentle warm up, progresses to full body sun salutations and into a dynamic standing sequence. The class will end with some longer stretches and a final relaxation.  


These classes are suitable for both beginners and the more experienced Yogi.


Yin Yoga - Find a deep release

A restorative Yoga class built entirely around floor based postures that are held for extended periods of time (3-5 minutes) whilst focusing on calming breathwork. 

 

These long holds promote gentle stress on the joints to deeply stretch and release the layers of fascia and connective tissue within the body to help improve mobility. 

 

Expect stress and tension to melt away as you create space in the body and mind to rebalance your energy for a new week ahead.


Slow Flow - Stretch and release tension

A slower paced Yoga class that is built on the foundations of Vinyasa, combining steady transitions between postures to be gentle on the body and mind. 

 

Expect to stretch and ease tension whilst incorporating strength, balance, breathwork and meditation. An ideal class if you’re relatively new to Yoga.


Kids & Toddler Yoga - Embark on a Yoga adventure!

Empower your little ones with the tools they need to blossom from the inside out.

 

In our Toddler & Kids Yoga classes we weave breathwork mindfulness, healthy habits and Yoga stretches into a fun, interactive session! 

 

Toddler classes are for ages 2-4 and Kids classes age 5-9


PRENATAL


Classes for mums-to-be to find strength and calm in pregnancy. 


Prenatal UpLift

Although you can come to UpLift while pregnant, Prenatal UpLift is designed to help keep your body strong enough to cope with all the postural changes that pregnancy throws at you, while also meeting other mums-to-be.

 

Build your strength to help you through the rest of your pregnancy and to help prepare you for life as a new mum, we'll also integrate core and pelvic floor work into the class.


Prenatal Pilates

Using the principles of Pilates this class will help support the changes which occur during pregnancy. Connecting to the deep abdominals and pelvic floor through breath and strengthening the postural muscles to alleviate tightness. This class is designed with not only the pregnancy in mind but also the rehabilitation postnatally. 


No previous Pilates experience is needed.


Pregnancy Yoga

Connect with your bump and breath in pregnancy Yoga.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, our pregnancy Yoga classes can help to relieve pregnancy symptoms, strengthen the body in preparation for birth, cultivate confidence and calm and form a connection with your baby.

Each class will be tailored to whatever stage of pregnancy you're in. 


POSTNATAL



Classes for new mums to return safely to exercise, rebuild foundations and come back stronger. Meet other mums, bring your little one (up to 12 months old) and start to move your body again.  


Postnatal UpLift: The Next Level 

For new mums who have been exercising for at least 6 weeks, Postnatal UpLift: The Next Level is all about easing tension and strengthening your body to help with everything that life throws at you as a new mum. 

Open up tight areas and strengthen weaker ones to leave you walking taller, feeling more energised and a little sweaty.

Please ensure you’ve had your 6 week check and have been signed off for exercise by your GP.

Postnatal Pilates

Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal this class will help to reconnect with the breath, deep abdominals, and pelvic floor.   


Focusing on alignment specifically for the postnatal body, The class starts to build up the Pilates repertoire to get you moving well and feeling more connected. 


No previous Pilates experience is needed.


Postnatal Yoga

Stretch and breathe with your little one. 

 

With poses adapted for postpartum recovery, our mum and baby class focuses on stretching out tight areas, taking some deeper breaths and enjoying moments of calm. You’ll leave feeling more rested, lengthened and zen! 

 

Suitable for mums who are 9 weeks post birth. 


BYOBoost

Designed to give you a mood boost with 30-45 minutes of sweating in our postnatal specific conditioning style class. 


All of the workouts have been tailored for postnatal women, although that doesn’t mean they’re easy. Like Boost, this class is designed to get your heart rate up with a mix of high-rep weights, bodyweight movements and cardio, with an added focus on postnatal rehab.

 

BYOBoost: Is for anyone who is 16 weeks postpartum and has been exercising for at least 6 weeks.
